Before submitting, please note:

  • We may contact you to verify your identity — this is required to protect your account from fraudulent deletion requests.
  • Some data must be retained by law (e.g., billing records under tax regulations) even after a deletion request.
  • Account data deletion will permanently revoke access to paid services and saved appraisals.
  • Responses are provided within 30 days (GDPR), 45 days (CCPA), or 15 days (LGPD).
