DomainValueEstimator.com provides AI-powered domain name valuation services including:

  • Single and bulk domain value estimation using artificial intelligence
  • Market comparable data and trend analysis
  • Website value calculations
  • Portfolio tracking and management (for registered users)
  • Premium PDF appraisal reports (paid feature)
  • Bulk analysis credits (paid feature)

3. AI-Powered Service Disclosure

Important AI Notice (Texas Responsible AI Governance Act Compliance): This Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to generate domain valuations, scores, and recommendations. All AI-generated outputs are estimates only and do not constitute certified appraisals, financial advice, investment recommendations, or legal counsel. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated valuations may differ materially from actual market prices
  • You retain full responsibility for all decisions made using AI outputs
  • You may request human review of any AI-generated output by contacting us
  • AI algorithms are continuously updated and results may change over time

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DOMAINVALUEESTIMATOR.COM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS, VALUATION ESTIMATES, OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DomainValueEstimator.com from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on AI-generated valuations for financial decisions.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not abuse, overload, or disrupt our systems
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without written permission
  • Respect rate limits and usage guidelines
  • Provide accurate information when creating accounts or submitting forms
  • Conduct independent due diligence before making investment decisions

8. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

8.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following paid subscription tiers in addition to the free Starter plan:

  • Investor — $4.99/month or $3.99/month billed annually ($47.88/year)
  • Portfolio Pro — $14.99/month or $11.99/month billed annually ($143.88/year)

Auto-Renewal Notice: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) using the payment method on file with Stripe. You will be charged the then-current subscription price unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email before annual subscription renewals.

8.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" portal in your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until the period expires. We do not prorate partial months.

8.3 One-Time Purchases

  • You authorize us to charge the payment method provided via Stripe
  • PDF reports ($1.99) are generated and delivered immediately upon successful payment
  • Bulk analysis credits ($19/500) are added to your account immediately and do not expire
  • All one-time digital product sales are final once delivered

8.4 Refunds

Refunds for subscription charges are available within 7 days of payment if you have not used any paid features during that period. Refund requests for technical failures (e.g., PDF generation failure) are evaluated case-by-case and, where valid, will be processed within 5–10 business days. Contact us via our Contact Form to initiate a refund request. We reserve the right to deny refund requests where abuse of the refund policy is suspected.

9. Affiliate Disclosures

This Service contains affiliate links to domain registrars, marketplaces, hosting providers, and brokers. We may earn commissions when you click these links and complete transactions. 10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, algorithms, AI models, and functionality of the Service are owned by DomainValueEstimator.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.

11. User-Generated Content

By submitting feedback, reviews, or other content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for the purpose of improving and promoting the Service.

12. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
